Carrollton Police Department at 2025 East Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas.

After calling in suspicious activity of a vehicle in the neighborhood, I was the one who was stopped and questioned by 2 police cars. I was told they "observed" the truck leaving the neighborhood but did not stop and question them. I was told to find another place to walk by the police officer. I called the police department to follow up and was told the report contained my complaint and the "observation." I repeatedly told the police department on the phone and the officer who stopped me that all I wanted to know was did the driver of that truck have a criminal history or was there any need for me to be concerned. I did not want the name of the driver. I was told they could not give me any information but that I should find another place to walk. I am disappointed in the Carrollton Police Department.
