Dairy Queen at 1501 West Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, Texas.

Good service, food was what I expected, but it 6:45 at night something clearly had gone wrong with the sweet iced tea.

Food is great. Location is great. But.....sometimes this store closes early and refuses to take orders late at night. One night i had to stare at them through the drive thru to order. Tried to contact the owner but it has been 2 weeks, no response. I would hate to see them go out of business because they are developing a bad reputation for late night business hours. UPDATE: Tried to go to tonight, 5/4...at 9:14....they have the lights turned off and refusing service. Checking their new changed hours, they are now open till 10 instead of midnight but closed early. I hope the owners see this because their store is in danger of being closed because public can't trust them to be there. Great inconvenience....Had to go somewhere else. Sad because a manager from the store called me back about the issue and was honest with the manager. Whoever is working late night....should be fired.
