Firestone Complete Auto Care at 1005 South Josey Lane, Carrollton, Texas.

I usually take my car to the dealership for oil changes but when I am short on time I take it to this location. The last time I took it on 8/15/2017 they did not replace the cover to the bottom of my car correctly and failed to replace all original screws. Common sense would lead you to believe you've done something wrong when screws are left over. I don't know if the mechanic was in a rush or just didn't care. My family's trusted mechanic just discovered this today 10/29/2017 otherwise I would have taken my vehicle back to this Firestone location and complained. Also, every time I have taken my car to this location they tell me my tires won't pass inspection soon but these were on occasions months apart you would assume by the next visit it would be past that point. After this experience I will never return nor purchase tires from any Firestone store.
