I would definitely recommend going to a different AT&T location. While I've been here several times and have had an overall decent experience, there is one man whose name I can't remember who makes every experience in this store unpleasant. Everyone else is great, but this person in particular lies about what's in stock (caught in the lie when another employee came out and overheard what he was telling me) and desperately tries to oversell things. After working with him for a while the other employee ended up taking over because he was so unhelpful and shady. I have had this experience with this particular employee three times, so it wasn't a bad day. Given how long it takes to accomplish a small task at this location and the one employee who ruins the reputation for everyone, I would suggest driving to the next closest location.
