I visited this place twice.

The owner lady was smiling and welcoming both times - so happy to see that :)

I didn't split bills both times, so I didn't get charged extra 10% which is good. I don't think it's okay to do that, and I'll have to remember that. Suggestion: at least mention that on the bottom of the menu just like you mention "18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more." Then, it's not shady and people won't leave bad reviews about that on here. (I regret to see bad reviews about this place.)

Food is SO GREAT!!! Keep it up!!!!

Service depends on which server you have but on my second visit, it was okay. I hope it gets better because I like this place.
